The Buda Castle itself is a paid museum, but the Buda Castle grounds are beautiful, accessible, and free. You’ll find many spots for great photography at every corner at the Buda Castle grounds!

Zrinyi Utca Street
Also known as one of the most beautiful streets in the world, Zyrinyi Utca Street is a sight to behold. I went when the sun as setting and gave St. Stephen's Basilica’s an odd lighting angle… but still got an acceptable shot. Sunrise will probably give you the best shot of this street.
